We have specifically selected Henties Bay as the location for our exclusive residential development, Sun Bay, due to the distinct qualities and characteristics of the town. Currently no exclusive residential development such as Sun Bay exists in Henties Bay and it is quite evident that there is an excessive demand for exclusive property in the area.

Being a small town, Henties Bay has a peaceful atmosphere, with the absence of heavy traffic and the rush of the everyday city life. Henties Bay has a very moderate climate and long stretches of unspoilt beaches that make relaxed walks in the setting sun yet another lavishness this popular holiday town has to offer.
