Augustinus Katiti

Augustinus received his tertiary education in London, United Kingdom, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow (Scotland). He is currently pursuing a PhD degree. He has been the CEO of the Municipality of Walvis Bay since August 2000 until April 2007. He was Deputy CEO and Treasurer before being promoted to his current position.

He serves as a director on the boards of numerous companies, including Zillion Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd where he serves as Chairperson, and also as a trustee of several community institutions. Augustinus oversees all project feasibility and is involved in the project management of new projects.

Brynard Kotze

Brynard is an architect by profession for 8 years in Walvis Bay. He received his B.Arch.Stud. and B.Arch degrees at the University of the Free State in South Africa.

He is a member of the Namibia Institute of Architects as well as the Namibian Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors. He is well experienced in the field of project management and is one of the founding partners of KB Designs, J Kotze Design and Dolphin Village Consultants Group, a well-established group in the development of land.

He serves as Managing Director for a prominent Namibian development company, PhinCon Enterprises (Pty) Ltd and is also a director of Zillion Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Brynard oversees the overall project design, feasibility and management of projects.

Werner Burger

Werner studied at the Technikon of Pretoria where he received his Diploma in General Business Management. He is one of the founding members and General Manager of Elritz Plastics and is well experienced in the professional day-to-day management business practices. Mr. Burger is also a co-founder of Dolphin Village Consultants Group, KB Designs and PhinCon Enterprises (Pty) Ltd and was instrumental in the establishment of these groups.

Werner has more than 8 years experience in the business management of major businesses and projects on all levels from development, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Werner manages all the administrative processes of the firm and all projects.
